Our next term of Pilates will be starting with Term 3, so if you are interested in joining us for next term, do please email barbara@cavershamphysio.co.nz and let her know. It will be a 10 week term, so for those who have never been before, it will be $150 for the full term. Fiona will cover the two weeks when Geoffrey is away watching Usain Bolt et al in China, so be prepared for some more athletic moves after that too!! He is enjoying adding the exercises he learned on his recent Pilates course in Auckland with exercise balls and theraband, and we’re glad you all are too!
